3. Account Registration and Security
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on bok33. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and a permanent ban from the platform.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials including your username and password.
- You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- All activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been performed by you, and you accept full liability for it.
- You must notify bok33 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals

- bok33 may withhold a withdrawal pending KYC verification or investigation of suspicious account activity.
- Winnings from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Full bonus terms are displayed at the time of any bonus offer.
5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Prohibited Conduct
bok33 is committed to providing a safe and fair environment for all players. Certain conduct is strictly prohibited and will be treated with the utmost seriousness, up to and including permanent account termination and reporting of information to appropriate authorities.
- Using automated bots, scripts or software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Colluding with other players including in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to launder money or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
- Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent KYC documentation.
- Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
bok33 employs fraud-detection technology and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts immediately suspended, all balances confiscated, and may face further legal action in accordance with applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the bok33 platform — including its visual design, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and underlying code — is the exclusive property of bok33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of the platform or its content without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bok33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure.
9. Responsible Gaming
bok33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide tools that allow players to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and to self-exclude from the platform for a defined period.
